We align on the plan and the spaces in scope so selections map cleanly to your build.
Concept & selections
We develop the concept and make every hard-finish selection: flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, fixtures, and paint.
Specification Schedule handed off
Your trades receive a complete, build-ready Specification Schedule with every SKU, finish, vendor, and install detail.
